Main Description

At the beginning of any Service Delivery, the Service Delivery Environment Supervision Manager must produce the Service Delivery Environment Supervision Procedures by tailoring the standard approach using relevant tailoring guidelines to meet the needs of the Service Engagement and Client specifics. The procedures are produced to establish and maintain the specific actions and approach used to acquire and manage the required Service Delivery Environment.

By establishing the procedures, the Service Delivery Environment Supervision Manager must ensure that the Service Delivery Environment Supervision team and other stakeholders understand the process involved and the expectations, when using this specific Service Delivery Environment. The procedures must be revised if the standard processes are changed or there are changes at the Client’s end.
